Coaching is at its most effective when it helps to navigate change.  We help you define new goals and explore new opportunities without judgement.

We bring the important issues to the surface and give you guidance on how to tackle your biggest challenges.  Ultimately, our coaching is pragmatic.  It gives people agency, a place to interrogate their options and a clear plan for moving forward.  We’ve coached and mentored clients from a range of fields here and in the UK and US.

  • Coaching helped me to transition twice from different sectors, roles and kinds of leadership and into new opportunities and roles with a different set of challenges. Coaching helped me to navigate these shifts successfully.

    I have now been an accredited, professional coach myself for over 15 years with most of my clients coming from the arts and nonprofit sectors. This work can be about tackling a difficult issue in their jobs or defining a whole new direction in their career. It can be about providing creative support or challenge or coming up with a new plan of action.

  • Coaching has been an invaluable part of my journey as a leader, helping me to grow, extend myself beyond my comfort zones, and learn from change.
